Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy as part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital Content — No Refunds
Poko Stories is a digital content platform. All products and services offered — including premium subscriptions, story access, and chapter unlocks — constitute digital content delivered electronically.
As permitted under applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable once content access has been granted. By subscribing or purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and expressly waive any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights with respect to refunds.
2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Unlike physical goods, digital content:
- •Is delivered instantly upon payment — there is no "return" of digital access
- •Cannot be \"taken back\" once consumed or downloaded
- •Has no physical equivalent that can be restocked or resold
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current or past billing periods. Upon cancellation:
- •You retain premium access until the end of your current paid period
- •Your account reverts to the free tier at period end
- •Your reading progress and bookmarks are preserved permanently
4. Exceptions
In rare cases where a technical error on our part resulted in a double charge or payment without access being granted, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a corrective refund at our sole discretion.
