1. Subscription Refunds

At Poko Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium subscription. We offer the following refund options:

  • 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your premium subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Pro-rated Refunds: After 7 days, we offer pro-rated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscribers can request a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or a pro-rated refund thereafter.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Include your registered email address and reason for refund
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free tier
  • Your reading progress and bookmarks will be preserved

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window has passed (without pro-ration)
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless stated otherwise)
