1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poko Stories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

Poko Stories is a serialized fiction platform that provides access to stories across multiple genres. Full access to all content requires a one-time payment. Once paid, you have unlimited access for the lifetime of the platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content labeled as "Poko Originals" is AI-generated fiction. All characters, names, events, and scenarios are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.

4. Account Terms

• You must be 13 years or older to use this service
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your account with others
• One account per person is allowed

5. Payment & Access

• Poko Stories operates on a one-time payment model. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden charges.
• "Pay Once, Read Forever" means that a single payment grants you unlimited access to all content for the entire operational lifetime of the Poko Stories platform. "Forever" and "lifetime access" are defined as access continuing for as long as the Poko Stories service remains active and operational. Poko Stories does not guarantee perpetual operation of the service.
• In the event the Poko Stories platform is discontinued or shut down, access will terminate. No refund will be issued solely on the basis of service discontinuation, except as required by applicable law.
• Pricing: ₹299 for Indian users (via Razorpay) and $19 for international users (via PayPal). Prices are subject to change for new purchases with reasonable prior notice; existing paid users are not affected by price changes.
• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or share content without permission
• Attempt to bypass our paywall or security measures
• Use automated systems to access our service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Poko Stories, including AI-generated stories, is owned by Poko Stories or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all purchases are non-refundable. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will meet all your requirements.
