1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poko Stories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Description of Service

Poko Stories is a serialized fiction platform that provides access to stories across multiple genres. The first two chapters of every story are free. Full access to all chapters requires an active Premium subscription (monthly or annual).

3. AI-Generated Content

Content labeled as "Poko Originals" is AI-generated fiction. All characters, names, events, and scenarios are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.

4. Account Terms

• You must be 13 years or older to use this service
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your account with others
• One account per person is allowed

5. Payment & Access

• Poko Stories Premium is a paid subscription available on monthly or annual billing cycles. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Pricing (India, via Razorpay): ₹49 per month or ₹499 per year, exclusive of 18% GST which is added at checkout. All amounts are inclusive of applicable taxes once GST is applied.
• Pricing (International, via PayPal): $5 per month or $49 per year, in US dollars.
• Prices may change for new subscribers or at renewal. We will provide reasonable prior notice (at least 30 days) before any price change affects an existing subscriber.
• Free users receive access to the first two chapters of every story. A paid subscription is required to access chapters 3 and beyond.
• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of content, refunds are generally not available once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or share content without permission
• Attempt to bypass our paywall or security measures
• Use automated systems to access our service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Poko Stories, including AI-generated stories, is owned by Poko Stories or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all purchases are non-refundable. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will meet all your requirements.
